Glebocki became Ocean Casino Resort‘s new CEO in early December, after serving as its interim CEO since August.
Competing against the other new kid on the Boardwalk, Hard Rock Atlantic City, hasn’t always been easy for Ocean Casino. Not only did it have to share the opening day, but it’s competing against an established global brand.
After many months of operating in the red, Glebocki is proud of the fact that the Casino has been profitable for the last six months, a trend she intends to carry on.
Glebocki spoke to NJ Gambling Sites’Bill Gelman about the positive momentum the Casino is experiencing, and the plans to keep it going. Glebocki said one area for growth that will be at the forefront of the casino’s 2020 plans is the growth of its NJ online casino.
“We have several partner skins in development, and we are working with our service provider to deliver a better experience to our guests.”
Sports betting-centric broadcast to take over the airwaves
New Jersey sports betting looks quite a bit different than when it launched in July 2018. Over a year later, the market touts nine retail sportsbooks, 17 online sports betting apps, and has been growing beyond expectations.
